The noise from early morning cleaning staff was a major disturbance!!! Rooms could benefit from better soundproofing to enhance comfort. It's also disappointing to deal with limited information on local attractions.

Excellent location
The hotel does not look or feel like a 4 star hotel, but rather a 3 star one. Decoration and furniture are rather unattractive.

the room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with complementary bottle of wine, had a good night's sleep. the breakfast was extensive and rich, included breads, milk, eggs and cheese in the cellar. in general the staff were delightfully helpful and very responsive.
